- Please allow 10-14 business days for processing as we dedicate time and care to handcraft every item.
- We believe that quality cannot be rushed. Your patience allows us to maintain excellence in both crafting and packaging.
Shipping Details:
- All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, with shipping rates based on package weight, size, and carrier rates.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any issues. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- Maddus Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed over to the carrier.
- If issues arise, contact the carrier directly. For assistance, reach out to us at Studiomaddus@gmail.com.
Damaged Products:
- We package orders carefully to prevent breakage, but if a product arrives damaged, email us at Studiomaddus@gmail.com with a photo and order number for a resolution.
Tracking Information:

- If you don't receive a tracking email, check your spam folder.
International Orders:
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any tax and duty fees, including VAT taxes.
- No shipping refund will be issued for declined packages due to high fees.
